Thanks for sharing the info, and your pictures themselves are a great guide. I have been chronic patient of migraine for the last 5 years I was looking to yoga for a solution to my migraine problem. Keep lifting your heart, feeling a deep stretch through the front of your body, stretching your abdominal muscles, stretching and toning all the glands. |
